Throat cancer is a collective term for hypopharyngeal cancer and laryngeal cancer, and the clinical symptoms of the two are not the same.
Hypopharyngeal cancer occurs in the hypopharynx, an organ of the digestive tract. Common symptoms are a foreign body sensation when swallowing, or pain when swallowing. As the tumor grows, laryngeal symptoms such as hoarseness and difficulty breathing may occur. Hypopharyngeal cancer can also easily cause cervical lymph node enlargement, and some patients will develop cervical lymph node enlargement when there are no symptoms in the pharynx.
Laryngeal cancer is common in glottis-type laryngeal cancer. The symptom is hoarseness. If it continues to develop, dysphagia and food swallowing disorders will occur.
Both require laryngoscopy to confirm. The treatment methods and medications are the same.
1. Composition of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions
15 grams of Shegan, 15 grams of Isatis root, 15 grams of White Cortex, 15 grams of Rubescens rubescens, 30 grams of Hedyotis diffusa, 15 grams of dandelion, and 20 grams of honeysuckle.
Decoction in water, one dose per day, divided into morning and evening, 20 days is a course of treatment.
2. Addition and subtraction according to symptoms
For those who have trouble swallowing, add 15 grams of irritation; for those who have pain, add 20 grams of Canadian quince; for those who have itchy throat, add 15 grams of cicada slough, 15 grams of Schizonepeta, and 15 grams of orange; for those who have dry mouth and tongue, add 15 grams of Adenophora ginseng. g, 15 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus, 15 grams of dendrobium; if cough occurs, add 15 grams of rhizome, 15 grams of mulberry bark, and 9 grams of licorice.
3. Pingyangmycin Hydrochloride
8mg pingyangmycin hydrochloride injection, 1 injection per day, add 4ml normal saline, intramuscular injection. Or add 1 vial of 8 mg Pingyangmycin Hydrochloride to 250 ml of normal saline, intravenously drip it, and use it for 20 days (20 vials) as a course of treatment.
4. Experience on medication
Over the past few years, Jiaozuo Zhonghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Cancer Hospital has used pingyangmycin hydrochloride combined with anti-cancer Chinese herbal medicine to treat throat cancer. It can be said that the medicine is very handy and the disease can be cured.
Clinical findings have shown that as long as patients take the medication well, symptoms can generally be relieved in a short period of time (about 10 days), and symptoms can disappear completely in 20 days. Clinical observations have proven to be effective. Generally, after taking 20 doses of traditional Chinese medicine and 20 intravenous infusions of 8mg pingyangmycin hydrochloride injections, the swelling and pain in the throat basically disappear and the hoarseness returns to normal. After CT and laryngoscopy, the pharyngeal mass disappeared.
